Welcome!

I’m Sukhwant, and I walk alongside others in moments of transition — helping them realign with their truth and inner wisdom, rediscover their gifts, and move forward in the world with confidence and clarity.

My Story

Years ago, during my coach training, a master instructor asked me a question that stopped me in my tracks:

“Can you describe a moment when something shifted inside you and you began behaving differently?”

I couldn’t answer right away — not because I had no examples, but because I had so many. My life had been marked by turning points: painful losses, unexpected beginnings, and beautiful milestones like remarriage and becoming a parent. Each of those moments shaped me in meaningful ways.

But over time, I realized something surprising. The person I am today wasn’t formed only in those dramatic highs and lows. There is another force that shapes us just as powerfully, yet far more quietly: transition.

That realization changed how I see growth, change, and coaching itself.

True transformation doesn’t only come from dramatic breakthroughs. Often, it begins by noticing these quiet transitions — and gently reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve handed away along the path.

This is the work I now do with my clients. Together, we slow down, listen more deeply, and uncover where your power has quietly slipped away — and how to bring it home again. We explore what encourages you to stay small, what keeps you stuck, or why you’re afraid to speak up, and what becomes possible when you begin to see yourself, and your life, differently.

If you recognize yourself in this story, don’t wait for things to get harder before seeking change. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover your way forward.

I invite you to take the next step. Reach out to schedule a conversation, and let’s explore what’s possible for you now.

My style is intuitive, insightful, and grounded in action—bridging the inner and outer worlds so you can find clarity and make real, lasting change.

I believe that meaningful change begins by listening inward and learning how to live from that place in the real world. I’m deeply curious about people, patterns, and what helps us feel more aligned in our lives. When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time taking adventures with my family, reading a wide range of books—everything from nonfiction to novels that open up new ways of seeing. I love museums, especially air and space museums where I can spend hours at the IMAX theatre seeing photos of the galaxy through the James Webb telescope. I also love to draw flowers, engage in art with friends and hike in nature. These practices keep me grounded, curious, and connected to what matters most. And they also bring me joy.

So what is a rhumb line?

A rhumb line is a navigation tool that helps voyagers chart a course and navigate safe passage using a constant bearing to True North.

I believe we are born into this world to live our truth and be aligned to our True North. Along the way, people, places, and things distract us and steer us off course - away from the life we truly desire.

As master seafarers use rhumb lines to navigate ship and crew using True North, I help guide you in your personal life’s passage.

You will learn how to use your inner compass, follow your soul’s path, discover your destination, and chart your course to get there.

Ready to chart your own course?

Want to get underway but don’t want to do it alone? Let's go for it together.
